Our chefs seek out the finest products of land and sea, and we have daily specials in addition to our varied menu. Start with our sushi-grade Tuna Carpaccio with lime and basil, a basket of Beer-Battered Tempura Shrimp, or a Lobster and Crab Salad. Feeling chilled? This yellowfin tuna is crusted with sesame seeds and comes with a ponzu dipping sauce, your choice of potato, and on this evening, grilled zucchini, carrots, and red peppers. Below is the Ahi Tuna Salad (left) with two dipping sauces and a dollop of wasabi. On the right is traditional beer battered fish with our curly chips (fries to most Americans).

Skipjacks' has great choices for land lubbers too. We're famous for our Giant Steak, a specially selected "Cut of the Day" grilled your way and served with a choice of homemade sauces. A Beef Tenderloin kebab and a 12 ounce Strip Loin are always available for the slightly less ravenous. Our Mango Chicken Kebab offers a memorable taste of the islands. All of our main courses are served with grilled vegetables of the day, and your choice of baked potato, wild rice mix, or curly fries.
And don't forget dessert. There's always something new from the kitchen, as well as excellent sorbets and ice cream. The menus are below but prices are subject to change.
